I had an amazing experience with Haley and Chloe! I wanted a balayage and she did a magnificent job to blend my roots and leave a money peace on the outline of my face. Couldn’t be happier with the color and cut! Definitely recommend!

I cannot recommend this salon enough! The ladies working there are so kind and welcoming, they offer free drinks & biscuits throughout, the hair washing station is comfy & even has a massage function, not to mention they have the cutest dog in there wellar! 10/10 experience thank you!! xx

Had my first ever keratin treatment with Peyton at Urban Room and I couldn’t be happier! She did such an amazing job, my hair is incredibly smooth and shiny. Peyton took such great care of me throughout the entire appointment and her attention to detail really shows. Such a lovely experience, I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend her!

Mel have me a great haircut. She listened my request, she understood and very professionally gave me a wonderful detailed haircut . Booked in advance more appointments with her for the rest of 2026. I got a fantastic head masazh as well from the young lady at Urban Room. Very relaxing as well. My kids were treated very respectfully by the staff while they were waiting for me, as well. Online booking system allowed me to easily make a last minute haircut booking. Chloe is new to the salon but provided a great service - she took the time to help me decide on a new style and provided lots of advice. It’s a great haircut and I’ve locked in to see her again for colour and future cuts. The salon is large, comfortable and calm with complimentary drinks and magazines.
